Zirconia block

Strong and transparent dimax zirconia block

Dimax zirconia blocks have high strength and transparency because of their small particle size, uniformity and high density. In addition, the durability of the product is excellent, and there is little strength drop in the oral cavity, so it has a long life.

Types of Dimax Zirconia Blocks
  • NauraZ: Copping, inlay, onlay
  • AlphaZ: For zirconia full crown
  • OpaqueZ: For implant upper prosthesis (opaque)

In NaturaZ, AlphaZ, you can also choose a shade block that contains a shade in the block itself.

Precision

Dimax produces zirconia blocks using small, uniform base powders with particle sizes between 200 and 250 nm. It produces stable quality, uniform and dense products by molding zirconia block by using large capacity press and cold isostatic pressing (CIP), and maintains constant block strength by using heat treatment furnace which can control precision temperature.

Dimax zirconia blocks ensure uniform density and constant shrinkage.

The Dimax Zirconia Block is based on nanotechnology and offers the industry's highest strength and transparency. NaturZ is suitable as a material for Gucci crown and bridge prosthesis, and AlphaZ can be used optimally as a pre-prosthesis. The transparency comparison between NaturaZ and others based on AlphaZ shows the excellent transparency of Dimax zirconia blocks.

Particle size and density are important factors in determining the strength, transparency and durability of the prosthesis. SEM photographs after sintering show that the density is constant and the particle size is 200 ~ 300nm.

durability

Evaluation of low-temperature deterioration is important for zirconia prostheses to ensure long-term stability in the oral cavity. The ISO 13356 test methodology requires strength to be within 20% reduction, while Dimax zirconia blocks have an average of 9% reduction, resulting in excellent stability. In addition, the monoclinic phase is 10.5% and 13.9%, respectively, depending on the sintering temperature, and is within 25% of ISO 13356.

compatibility

Dimax zirconia blocks are fully compatible with major milling systems.
